I was really nervous about not finding the right dress, but the owner Amanda was so helpful and welcoming. My worries were put to rest once I stepped inside. I never went to prom so I wasn't aware how important a dress could be to me. They are professional and yet very down to earth at the same time, it was refreshing. She also helped me with a veil. I knew I wanted one but had no idea what would look good with the dress I was falling in love with. Without missing a beat she pulled one out, placed it in my hair and that was it, I had the prefect veil. They definitely know what they are doing at Alaskan floral and wedding. I can't recommend them enough. Let me put it to you this way, I live in Washington and I flew out there for this dress, and I'm so glad I did. The quality of the dresses, value in price, and the overall good feeling you get from the staff, makes this THE place to stop on your way to your perfect wedding. I only wish I could give more stars. Two thumbs up for sure! 👍👍

Recieved a cheap copy of the dress I bought and the employee had the audacity to say it was the same dress while I had a photo of the original on me and the original dress was in the same room. They gave three different explanations to my mother, grandmother and I when we called to resolve the situation, example: They have no return policy but their "return policy" stated we had to pay a restocking fee. Eventually we got most of our money back, I've heard similar stories from other brides and people looking for formals. You have a better chance of receiving what you think you ordered buying a dress online.
